Watermelon Rosé Sipper
3 oz Rosé SVP
1 oz vodka
0.5 oz simple syrup
2 oz watermelon basil juice*

Preparation.
Add all ingredients to a shaking tin, add ice, shake and strain in wine glass with ice, garnish with basil leaf.


*Watermelon basil juice: blend 500g of fresh watermelon with basil leaves until well mixed, fine strain and refrigerate.

Rosé Paloma
3 oz Rosé SVP
1 oz grapefruit infused tequila*
0.5 oz Aperol
1 oz grapefruit juice
0.5 oz simple syrup

Preparation.
Add all ingredients to a shaking tin shake and double strain in a chilled coupe.


**Grapefruit tequila: add the zest of 1 grapefruit to 500 ml of tequila for 1 hour, strain and bottle.

Rosé Aperol Spritz
3 oz Rosé SVP
1 oz Aperol
1 oz sparkling soda

Preparation.
Mix all in wine glass or rocks glass and garnish with fresh orange.
Rosé Screwdriver
3 oz Rosé SVP
0.5 oz citrus vodka (if you don’t have citrus vodka toss a lemon peel in the shaker)
0.5 oz orange juice
0.5 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup

Preparation.
Add all ingredients to a shaking tin with ice, shake for 5 seconds, strain into a Collins glass with crushed ice, garnish with orange and cherry flag.
Summer Water Crush
3 oz Rosé SVP
1 oz rosemary infused gin* (London dry)
2 strawberry
4 raspberries
0.5 oz simple syrup
0.5 oz lime juice

Preparation.
Add the strawberry and raspberries to a tin and muddle them, add the rest of the ingredients, shake and double strain in a rocks glass, add ice and garnish with half strawberry and 1 raspberry speared with a rosemary sprig.


*Rosemary gin: add 20g of rosemary leaves to 1L bottle of gin, let sit for 48 hours, strain and bottle.

Ice

Preparation.
Put all ingredients into a wine glass or rocks glass and garnish with fresh strawberry, raspberry and sprig/spear of rosemary.
